CANTIGA CRIANZA D.O.C. RIOJA

Cantiga was made by destemming Tempranillo grapes. Fermentation took place at 26º C with frequent pumping over.
It was aged for 18 months in French (20%) and American (80%) oak barrels.

Before bottling, the wine was decanted several times and gently filtered so as not to alter either the vividness of its color or the intensity of its aromas.
